USA: Currently, we only ship to the United States, forty-eight contiguous states, and Washington, DC. However, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, military bases, or diplomatic locations.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is processed, and a tracking number is available.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Dynastix Shop Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This should be impossible since we do not ship internationally.
Damages
Dynastix Shop Inc. is not liable for damaged or lost products during shipping. If you received damaged order, please get in touch with the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
